3. Waitlist & Early Access

  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to SortCamp or any specific feature.
  • We reserve the right to grant, deny, or revoke access at our sole discretion.
  • Waitlist position does not confer any contractual rights or obligations on either party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or connected systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
